Based on the royal directives and the emphasis of His Majesty King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein (may Allah preserve him) on the necessity of improving the services provided to citizens and easing their burdens through cooperation and partnership among various state institutions, and in light of the government's directions aiming to develop government work and create innovative mechanisms to accelerate the pace of achievement and bring about a qualitative shift in government work supporting the Kingdom's Vision 2025, HUDC, in cooperation and coordination with the Government Accelerators Unit in the Prime Ministry, and in conjunction with the launch of the second batch of governmental accelerators, implemented the Ownership Transfer Service (obtaining the registration deed) electronically within the specified period of 100 days as one of the challenges with tangible direct impact that positively contributes to easing the burden on service recipients and simplifying procedures, saving time and effort, by finding appropriate innovative solutions and mechanisms that facilitate the journey of citizens benefiting from the corporation's projects. This is achieved in cooperation with the partners in this service, enabling beneficiaries to request the service electronically without needing to visit the corporation to complete multiple procedures and move between different departments to obtain the registration deed. The corporation continues, through its outstanding staff, to expand the scope of the challenge to ensure the sustainability of the service to achieve satisfaction for the service recipients.
