The Bahraini Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, H.E. Mrs. Amna bint Ahmed Al-Rumaihi, accompanied by the Director General of the Corporation, Eng. Jomana Attyat, carried out a field tour during which she inspected the residential buildings project in Shafa Badran, affiliated with the Directorate of the Housing and Military Works Corporation. She listened to a presentation on precast concrete, the specifications and sizes of the completed apartments, and the targeted categories.

The tour also included a visit to the Shawahid Project in Jerash Governorate, implemented by the Corporation, where they reviewed infrastructure works, the road and pathway network, and the approach adopted by the Corporation to reflect modern planning principles and give identity to the projects. They were also briefed on a summary of the project that covered the number and sizes of the plots, their uses, and the design of the project’s park. During the visit, she listened to a briefing from the supervising engineers on implementation and supervision mechanisms, which are carried out according to the highest technical standards.

At the conclusion of the tour, the Director General, Eng. Jomana Attyat, affirmed the Corporation’s readiness for joint cooperation with the sister Kingdom of Bahrain in all fields and its full preparedness for the exchange of expertise.
