A field tour was conducted to follow up on several matters by the Director General, accompanied by several department heads and relevant directors, each according to their specialization, in the Aqaba Governorate, during which the institution’s projects were followed up on the ground. During the visit, a meeting was arranged with the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority. Joint matters between the institution and the Authority were discussed, and an agreement was reached on a roadmap for mutual cooperation on various shared topics, whereby a meeting was held with the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority, with part of the meeting attended by His Excellency Mr. Nayef Al-Fayez, Chairman of the Board of Commissioners, along with relevant representatives from both sides.

consensus on common matters was reached that will positively impact citizens, particularly in the areas of affordable housing, individuals' transactions in some projects, and mechanisms for cooperation in providing green spaces designed with sustainability and catering to the needs of different groups, including children and the elderly, in mind.

On the sidelines of the visit, several of the institution’s projects and commercial buildings were inspected in the areas of Al-Shamiyah, Al-Alamiyah, Al-Shallaleh, Al-Kazar, and Al-Qweira in Aqaba Governorate, and citizens notes were received.
